BIO

Doug Minerd is an accomplished composer, producer and entertainment executive with an eclectic background in music production, attractions, entertainment, theatre, education, experiential learning media/new media, brand and communications. He specializes in the ideation, development and management of musically inspired, mission driven, award winning programs that have engaged, enlightened and inspired millions. His smart, often whimsical  scores for theme parks, theatre and commerce have been staples for years.

Doug holds a degree in Music Performance from the DePauw University School of Music where he was a trumpet student of Robert Grocock (Chicago Symphony), and a composition student of Donald H. White. Doug spent more than 25 years with Anheuser-Busch Companies as Music Director, Production Manager, Director and Vice President of Entertainment. His musical drama Four Part Harmony has played in regional theatre and off-Broadway and his collection of fife and drum music (Americana: Fife and Drum BMG Music) has been used in film, television and media production in more than 20 nations around the world.
